I enjoyed reading the technical tip on metal studs. We are a design-builder and have recently encountered some of the challenges with specifying the appropriate studs given the changes in the manufacturing processes of the from the smooth metal to the dimpled studs. I have spoken with Dietrich reps in recent weeks to gain further knowledge in the dimpled studs. Your piece was timely and appropriate and has provided us with insight in going forward in identifying and specifying metal studs.

We are pleased to hear that our article was helpful. When you have your own technical questions feel free to contact us for help.
