Conspectus was founded as a construction
specifications consulting firm in 1992 and has since grown to one of the
largest independent specifications firms in the United States. Along the
way, our clients requested other technical support: Quality Assurance
Reviews, Inspections and Investigations, and Construction Administration.
Conspectus obliged, realizing these were a natural extension from
specifications.
Today, Conspectus is a multi-service
consulting firm with certified construction specifiers and certified
document technologists in two offices, serving clients and projects
throughout the United States and around the world.
