generate an average 5 review comments per sheet and the average set
generates 10 comments per sheet.
Each comment is a potential RFI, and each RFI,
a potential Change Order. Interfaces between design disciplines pose the
greatest risk of omissions and inconsistencies. Yet, conducting quality
reviews to find and correct these conditions are often omitted to save time,
money, or both. The result can be exorbitant time during construction
administration recording, tracking, and answering questions. Neglecting
quality reviews can lead to costly Change Orders, construction delays, and
