Conspectus provides
construction specs, design-build specs, master specs, and

Select the CSI format you wish to
use. Conspectus will deliver specifications using
MasterFormat 2004 (50 division) or MasterFormat 1995 (16
division) numbering scheme, automatically, using a single set of
master guide specifications.
Choose the basis for your project
specifications. We will write project specifications
using our own master files based on SPECTEXT or Masterspec. We
are experienced with both systems. When necessary, we will use
your in-house master specifications.
Make your product and system
selections. We will help identify and specify other
products to meet your performance and aesthetic demands. With
specific named products, substitution requests are reduced,
minimizing your submittal review time.
Our staff will assist the project
design team identify the appropriate LEED sustainable design
goals and strategies for your projects. Our strategic
alliance partners will help you achieve sustainable design and
LEED credits when required. Conspectus will document the
technical requirements to meet the project goals.
