Chad Hanley brings a blend of architectural expertise, construction administration experience, and a disciplined focus in every project.  His career as an architect spans 20+ years with a heavy focus on building science, multi-discipline coordination, code research and construction problem solving, progressing and serving as a principal and technical director for a number of years before joining the Conspectus team.

Chad’s extensive time on job sites—working alongside contractors to bridge the gap between design intent and field execution—gives him a deep, practical understanding of how buildings come together. His ability to translate vision into clear, actionable communication makes him an invaluable asset to any project team.
